Is rullus still operating as usual?

With the outbreak of COVID-19, our couriers and shipping partners are taking serious measures to ensure that all packages are safe to be received by our customers. We are happy to say orders are shipping on time. We will keep you update if this changes.

How long does shipping take?

All items are fulfilled from our rullus warehouses across the USA as soon as we get your order. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items are delivered in pristine condition. To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS)

For customers in the United States, we offer 2 shipping options with varying delivery times:

  • Express Shipping (3-4 business days)
  • 1st Class Shipping (1-2 business days)

For customers that do not live in the United States, we offer Standard International Shipping. We are working hard to improve our international rates, and expedited options will be available in the future!

  • Standard International Shipping (9-12 business days)
What's the return policy?

Only products purchased directly from the rullus official website can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Our replacement policy lasts forever.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable both ways.
  • Replacement products cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs will not be covered.

The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect re-sellable condition to be returned for a refund. If the packaging is opened, there will be a restocking fee of $5. This will be deducted from your refunded amount.

We are happy to provide 1 replacement for each product you have purchased from rullus, if they are damaged. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping ($4.50 for domestic shipping).

Screen Protectors cannot be returned if it has been used, if the packaging has been opened, restocking fees will apply.

Once we have all the information provided along with photos to demonstrate the above conditions are met, we will further assist you with the next step to this return process.

We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen package during this return transit.

Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rullus.com.

How do I return an order?

If you're unhappy with your product, we'll gladly issue you a refund within 14 days. Just send an email to support@rullus.com with your order number and tell us why you are unhappy with your rullus product. We value your feedback and promise to make this process as quick and hassle-free as possible.

What if I use more than 5 cards?
But do you? If you look back on the last 7 days, how many cards did you use? We believe in a simpler lifestyle where you only carry what you use everyday. This allows for more space to focus on what matters.
When will I get my wallet?
Your wallet will be shipped at the end of January. As soon as it ships you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey. Delivery takes 1-3 days for US & Canada, for international orders delivery will take 7-14 days.
Why use a metal wallet and not a leather wallet?
If you enjoy carrying 7 credit cards, 2 gym cards, 5 loyalty cards & $200 in bills, then the traditional leather wallet is for you. The rullus wallet is suited for those that keep it simple and know what they want. Our wallet won't add bulk to your outfit, is much quicker to use, looks sleeker and will last forever.
How is it made?
We use space-grade aluminium, anodised to make it scratch & corrosion resistant. The two plates of aluminium are clasped by a premium rubber to give you the flexibility to hold up to 5 cards.
How thin really is it?
The rullus wallet is the slimmest wallet ever made at 0.15" thin. Enjoy more pocket space and carry money in the lightest way possible.
What does it feel like?
The texture mimics that of the Macbook's surface. Incredibly smooth & ergonomically shaped to feel sublime in the hand. You'll never feel anything like this again.
What's the warranty?
All rullus products are made and tested to last forever, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty. If at any point your rullus wallet is damaged, we will happily provide a refund or replacement.
Would a case that thin offer my iPhone much protection?
Our cases are designed to offer everyday protection from bumps, scratches, dust, and dirt. The proof is in the pudding – we are yet to get a complaint due to iPhone damage whilst using the rullus case.
What material do you use to make the case?
Our thin phone case is made of polypropylene (PP), a really durable plastic that adds extra grip.
Does the case protect the camera?
Yes. All of our cases feature a raised lip around the lenses to keep them safe from scratches, dings and surfaces when laid down.
Can I still charge my iPhone wirelessly?
Yes. Our cases have been tested to work perfectly with wireless charging pads and MagSafe accessories.
What's the warranty?

Does the rullus glass work with other cases?
rullus glass has been tested for perfect functionality with the rullus case. Due to there being many cases out there we can't guarantee rullus glass's functionality with every other case. If your current case has curved edges covering the front of the phone, the curved edge of rullus glass may not be a perfect fit.
Does the screen protector work with 3D Touch?
Yes, you lose no 3D touch functionality with rullus glass
